យើងខ្ញុំទាំងអស់គ្នាជាសហការី ការិនីនៃសមាគមខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ដើម្បីសិទិ្ធមនុស្ស និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ សូមសំដែង នូវការដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការបរិច្ចាគដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លាចំពោះអង្គការឌីកូនៀ (Diakonia) ដែលបានឧបត្ថម្ភសំរាប់កម្មវិធីការកសាងសន្តិភាពសហគមន៍, អង្គការសាបភ៍ (SUPF) ដែលបានជួយឧបត្ថម្ភសំរាប់កម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍ឥតលំនៅដ្ឋាន, សមាជិកគាំទ្រនៃ KKKHRDA ផ្ទាល់ ដែលបានជួយឧបត្ថម្ភសំរាប់កម្មវិធីសន្តិសុខស្បៀង និងសង្គមកិច្ច, ព្រះតេជគុណ សឹង យឹងរតនា អគ្គហិរញ្ញឹកនៃសហព័ន្ធខ្មែរកម្ពុក្រោម, ឯកឧត្តម យន្ត ថារូ អ្នកតំណាងរាស្រ្តមណ្ឌលបន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងជាប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវប្បធម៌ខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម, លោកព្រឹទ្ធាចារ្យ សឹង សម្រេច អគ្គនាយកនាយកដ្ឋានពត៌មាននៃសហព័ន្ធខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម, លោក គឹម បូរី លេខាធិការនៃសហព័ន្ធខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម ប្រចាំរដ្ឋអៃអូវ៉ា សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក, លោក សឺង វ៉ាង រស់នៅសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ដែលបានឧបត្ថម្ភសំរាប់កម្មវិធីបណ្តាញយុវជនខ្មែរកម្ពុជាក្រោម។ ការបរិច្ចាគជំនួយសប្បុរសធម៌ដ៏មានតម្លៃនេះ ដែលផ្តល់ឱ្យយើងខ្ញុំបានអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីរបស់ខ្លួនជួយដល់ក្រុមគោលដៅ ពួកគាត់ទទួលបាននូវសិទ្ធិពេញលេញ និងការរស់នៅបានស្របច្បាប់ជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជា ៕

We are colleagues of Khmer Kampuchea Krom for Human Rights and Development Association and our target groups, we would like to extend our great respect and deeply thanks from distance to Diakonia has been funding for community peace building project, SUPF for community homeless development, KKKHRDA’ s Supportive Members for saving community and social welfare, Venerable SON Yoeung Rattana, General Treasurer of KKF, H.E Yont Tharo, Cambodia Parliamentarian and President of Khmer Kampuchea Krom Cultural Center, H.E SON Somrach, Managing Director of Information Department of Khmer Kampuchea Krom Federation (KKF) and Former Cambodia Parliamentarian, Mr. KIM Borie, Secretary of Khmer Kampuchea Krom Federation branch Iowa and Mr. SON Wayne, USA their contribution for our Khmer Kampuchea Krom Youth Network project. All the funding is given to KKKHRDA to implement its program activities to help our target groups, to obtain improved rights, freedom and the same living condition as other Cambodian citizens.

KKKHRDA Summary Background (UPDATE)

     Khmer Kampuchea Krom for Human Rights and Development Association (KKKHRDA) was established in 1995 and officially recognized by the Council of Ministers dated 27 December 1995 and by the Ministry of Interior dated 07 February 1996. It is an independent, unexploited, non-profitable, and non-governmental agency. It was initially created by the profound founder, Mr. SON Chumsetha, by gathering the groups of people with genuine willingness and national spirit who support human rights, democracy, and rule of law.

-VISION

Cambodian especially, Khmer Kampuchea Krom people live legally with the respects of basic rights and freedom, decent livelihoods, dignity, progress, and harmony.

-MISSION

Khmer Kampuchea Krom for Human Rights and Development Association’s mission is aimed at working with the Khmer Kampuchea Krom people through dissemination of human rights and democracy and provide the education of knowledge and subsistence skills.

-GOAL

Program:    Strengthen capacity and responsibility of staff in organizational program management toward transparancy, sustainability in order to promote the basic rights, democracy, and right to life with non-discrimination and non-violence.

-OBJECTIVES

Organization:    To increase certain skills, and is responsible for the organizational management and programs with transparency and trust toward sustainability.

Program: To increase the human rights and democracy knowledge, legally living and relevant laws of subsistence careers, and decent livelihoods toward progressing.

Khmer Kampuchea Krom for Human Rights and Development Association believes that:
•    All policies and judicial norms and projects are developed and implemented with gender equity and equality;
•    All procedure of implementation and all the using resources of both organization and communities are responsible, self-disciplined, and effectively flexible; and
•    Demonstrate firm commitment and genuine willingness in the implementation of its activities with high quality and accountability.
